Prov 24:30-34
I went past the field of a sluggard, past the vineyard of someone who has no sense; thorns had come up everywhere, the ground was covered with weeds, and the stone wall was in ruins. I applied my heart to what I observed and learned a lesson from what I saw.
The sluggard addressed was not in a state of inefficiency as far as resources are concerned. He owned a field and a vineyard. He opted not to invest his energy in what he had but purposed to be slothful. In return, weeds and thorns sprouted as the bounder wall collapsed courtesy of his negligence.
You can’t be poor of something to do.There is always something to be done. When nothing is done, nothing comes forth.Thorns and weeds are heaps of losses, debts, lack, hunger and regrets that comes with dawdling and lackadaisical mode . “As a door turns on its hinges, so a sluggard turns on his bed.”
Prov 26:14
Take advantage of favourable weather. Spot the available physical, spiritual, social and business field. Check the vines that needs tethering and weeds won’t be part of the harvest.
