Eph 5:15-17 (AMPC) Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise , Making the very most of the time , because the days are evil. Therefore do not be vague , thoughtless and foolish, but understanding and firmly grasping what the will of the Lord is.
“An unexamined life is not worth living” is a statement attributed to Socrates who lived many years ago.The examined life philosophy encourages people to live their lives in a thoughtful, reflective manner. This can be done through self – examination and the examination of one’s thoughts, feelings, and actions . Paul’s encouragement not only goes to believers ,but to all who aim to achieve anything worthwhile in this life .
Do not just do things anyhow, move with people anyhow, talk anyhow, act anyhow, and live anyhow When God gave you this life, He was not joking; you were not created to be a joke. Living an unexamined life creates problems of negligence that could have been easily avoided. Due to lack of attention on our decisions, we create and invite problems . The easiest way to avoid problems is by living our lives in a thoughtful, reflective manner.
