“In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” – John 16:33
Life is often compared to an exam where we are constantly tested. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities, and trials. But unlike a classroom exam, there are no do-overs, no retakes. The choices we make, the paths we take, and the lessons we learn determine how we navigate through this journey called life.Life often throws surprises at us, just like an exam paper with unexpected questions. We may prepare for one thing, but face another. The unpredictability of life’s trials is part of the test.
Jesus reminds us that trials will come, but we should not be dismayed because He has already overcome the world. Our faith and trust in Him prepares us for the unforeseen challenges of life. Enduring life’s trials is not just about survival ; it is about allowing God to shape us into who He wants us to be through the process. We are tested on how well we live according to His word and His purpose. The final “grade” of life’s exam will be given by God. He sees everything we do, every intention of the heart and He will reward accordingly.
Life’s exam is difficult, but God has provided us with everything we need to pass. Through His word, His wisdom, and His guidance, we can face every trial with confidence. Remember that life’s greatest tests are opportunities for growth and God is with us every step of the way. *His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue (2Pe 1:3)
