Joh 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, to kill and to destroy. I have come that they might have life, and that they might have it in great abundance.
Jesus illustrates the main intentions of every thief when he strikes. They steal resources and valuables that have been accumulated by others ,kill the living ,kill dreams and visions or carry out massive destruction in an effort to frustrate the victim. This creates lack and deficiency .
In response to all this attacks ,Jesus ignites the hearts of all believers who might have or might be victims. That when He comes , He overturns all these devilish activities by offering a life full abundance.
The abundance mindset goes beyond what has been stolen, lost ,destroyed or maimed .It allows one to have a limitless lens of faith. It goes beyond myths of lack, broadens perspectives and unlocks possibilities you can’t see when everything feels like a zero-sum game.
This reminds us that God takes pleasure in prospering us in all aspects – “….May the LORD, who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant, be exalted (Psa 35 :27).
For you to live in abundance, learn to walk in abundance, talk abundance and think abundance.
