2 Ki 6:18-19 “As the enemy came down toward him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, ‘Strike this army with blindness.’ So he struck them with blindness, as Elisha had asked. Elisha told them, ‘This is not the road and this is not the city. Follow me, and I will lead you to the man you are looking for.’ And he led them to Samaria.”
Elisha was surrounded—but not afraid. While others saw danger, he saw divine strategy. Instead of calling down fire, he called for confusion. God answered—not by destroying the enemy, but by disarming them with blindness and bewilderment.
This moment reminds us that God doesn’t always remove your enemies; sometimes He confuses them until they can no longer harm you. When you trust God in battle, He fights creatively. He doesn’t just conquer-He teaches your enemies that He alone is in control.
Don’t fear their numbers—He holds their minds. Don’t fear their strength—He can make them stumble on the very path they thought they owned. When God confuses your enemies, He reminds you: “No weapon formed against you shall prosper”—because He can dismantle the weapon at the root of the mind that formed it.
