BECOMING STRONGER DAY BY DAY.

Exo 1:12 But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. And they were in dread of the children of Israel.

The Egyptian king who feared and opposed the growth of of the Israelites population was opposing the purposes of God. The plan to deal shrewdly with the Israelites seems to escalate desperation in Pharaoh’s camp.

” And as they afflicted them, so they multiplied and so they grew.” That is , in proportion to their affliction was their prosperity; and had their suffering been greater, their increase would have been still more abundant. ( Adam Clarke’s commentary)

Brethren, whatever methods that will be deployed to curtail our growth and development will fail. No attempt will succeed in breaking our spirits and our resolve. The more they will attempt to frustrate us, the more the blessings will be.

Isa 54:17 “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”
