Num 13:19-21 “and see what the land is like: whether the people who dwell in it are strong or weak, few or many; “whether the land they dwell in is good or bad; whether the cities they inhabit are like camps or strongholds; “whether the land is rich or poor; and whether there are forests there or not. Be of good courage. And bring some of the fruit of the land.” Now the time was the season of the first ripe grapes.
These were the terms of reference given to the twelve spies who went to explore the land that Yahweh had promised to give the children of Israel. Their mandate included gathering vital information that would be used to formulate their strategic objectives as they prepared to occupy the land.
We have an obligation of discerning and exploring the many opportunities God has for our lives. It’s prudent not to continue going around circles year after year like the Israelites in the wilderness. It’s time to rediscover our potential and talents in order to divinely reactivate our dreams and visions.
Rev 3:8 “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name.
