2Ki 2:20-22 And he said, “Bring me a new bowl, and put salt in it.” So they brought it to him. Then he went out to the source of the water, and cast in the salt there, and said, “Thus says the LORD: ‘I have healed this water; from it there shall be no more death or barrenness “. So the water remains healed to this day, according to the saying of Elisha which he spoke.
A thing or circumstance is said to be irreversible when that which was done or happened cannot be changed to something better. There are many conditions that science believes are not reversible. (Rev Felix Meduoye ) For example when someone dies he cannot come back to life again. But we have instances where God has reversed seemingly impossible conditions.
Although the city of Jericho was well located, the water in the city was salty and the land unproductive. The men of the city petitioned Elisha for divine intervention. Elisha requested them to give him a new bowl and put salt in it. Then he went out to the spring and threw the salt in it and declared the word of the Lord. The Lord said that the water was healed and never again will it cause death or make the land unproductive.
Humanly speaking, some conditions and situations may look hopeless. When faced with such challenges, we can look unto heaven for solutions. He can make every barren situation productive and bring to live every dead relationship . What you are currently facing is an easy thing in the sight of the Lord!* He is able to reverse every bitter condition affecting us negatively and make it better Jesus name!
