“There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”( Num 13:33)
This is part of the negative report given by some men who were sent by Moses to explore the land of Canaan which the Lord was going to give the Israelites. What we witness here is a negative self perception ; they saw themselves as grasshoppers. Except for Joshua and Caleb who were of contrary opinion, all the others had a “grasshopper mentality”
Today I want to remind you that you are a child of God, you represent heaven here on earth and you are who the word of God say’s you are. Some Christians have a negative opinion of themselves. The problem has always been the way you see yourself. Shake that mentality off and start the day with confidence!
