I lift up my eyes to the hills – where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth (Ps 121:1,2)
This is one of the songs the Jewish pilgrims sang while ascending the hills towards Jerusalem and up the steps into the temple. They knew for sure that God would come through for them; He was their helper.
Christian friend, in whichever situation you are in, your help will come from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.
