1The 5:18
Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
It is so easy to forget how blessed we are! That’s why maintaining an attitude of gratitude is something we need to do on purpose. Paul exhorts the brethren, that in everything, the will of God for is that we should be grateful
We reap plenty of benefit by embracing this mental, oral and soul attitude. Gratitude shifts our mindset. Being thankful to God every day, especially for what you have, and not whining or complaining about what you don’t have, you will be surprised at how your attitude and thinking will change positively and for the better . Gratitude creates solutions to problems, and affects those around us due to its contagious nature. When you change your attitude those around you will also change theirs.
No matter what you’re trying to build—your home, your marriage, your business, financial security, or even an exercise plan—you can worship God as you work. I am truly amazed at how two people can have the exact same circumstances, however one person can be negative, dissatisfied and hopeless while the other is optimistic and full of joy!
Research shows that practicing gratitude — 15 minutes a day, five days a week — for at least six weeks can enhance mental wellness and possibly promote a lasting change in perspective. Gratitude and its mental health benefits can also positively affect your physical health. (UCLA Health 2023) Praise makes all of the difference! We must purpose to live an “attitude of gratitude life.”
