Isa 60:22 The least one shall become a thousand (a clan), and the small one a strong nation. I, Lord, will hasten it in its [appointed] time.
In one way or another, we may be waiting for something. You might be eager to get that business deal, tender, promotion, a marriage partner, a baby or even completing a house or mortgage. Waiting is not easy. That process drains our energy at the same time testing our patience . This is due to the fact that we want things done in our timeline, but not God’s.
At the right time, God can do anything instantly. Why? God created time and He’s not subject to it. He operates outside time. Since He operates this way, that’s why Psa 90:4 says that a thousand years can seem like a few hours to God. Lets allow God to operate in His timeline in our lives. He is right on schedule and ours is to believe in His promises. He says, “I the Lord will make it happen. It is not us to make it happen, but Him .
The beauty of operating in God’s timeline is that, He’s not limited by what limits us. Operating in God’s timeline means that there is a right time. That means that any other times can be wrong. Delays sometimes can be part of God’s design to help us to trust Him and to grow up in our character. Isa 48:8 says, “at the right time I will hear your prayers” Thus, it is important to make sure that whatever maybe our desires and aspirations, let it be within His timeline. Lets relax and know that we are already on His schedule.
