Genesis 12:1 (KJV) βNow the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy fatherβs house, unto a land that I will show thee.β
When God called Abram, He gave direction without destination. There was no map, no coordinates β only a voice and a promise: βI will show you.β Faith began where certainty ended. God did not reveal the land until Abram started walking. Thatβs how faith works: revelation unfolds as obedience advances.
Abrahamβs greatness wasnβt in knowing where he was going, but in trusting who was leading him. Hebrews 11:8 says, βHe went out, not knowing whither he went.β True faith isnβt having all the details; itβs having total dependence. The God who draws the map never loses direction β every step of faith is already known to Him.
Stop waiting for full clarity before you move. God rarely gives you the full picture; He gives you the next step. The land you seek will appear when your obedience begins. Trust the Hand that draws the unseen path β for the One who calls you knows exactly where Heβs taking you.
