Mat 24:6 (NIV) βYou will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come.β
Jesus never promised a calm world; He promised a secure faith. He told us in advance that the earth would tremble with conflict, fear, and uncertainty, yet He also commanded our hearts not to tremble with it. Shaking times are not a sign that God has lost control; they are evidence that His Word is being fulfilled. What moves the world is meant to mature the believer.
When everything around us feels unstable, faith becomes our anchor. The storms may be loud, but God remains steady. News may change daily, economies may fail, and nations may be shaken, but the promises of God do not shift. Faith is not denial of trouble; it is confidence in the God who stands above it. We are not called to panic, but to persevere.
Steady faith does not come from perfect circumstancesβit comes from a deep trust in a faithful God. When fear knocks, faith answers. When chaos rises, hope stands taller. In shaking times, we hold firmly to unshakable truth: God is still on the throne, Christ is still victorious, and our future is still secure. The world may be shaking, but our faith does not have to.
