Depression and anxiety are the main causes of deep sadness in a dejected soul. Every normal human being has both the “high” and “low” seasons regardless of how spiritual one is. Sometimes when we hit the ” rock bottom”, we are tempted to lose hope.<\/p>\n
Dear believers, as bad as the times are or as hopeless as the situation is , there is no room for despair. We have a promise of restoration. The Psalmist says ” I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance” The scriptural way of finding relief is to pray , not to lose hope, and trust in God’s promises. <\/p>\n
