And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, &#8216;It is more blessed to give than to receive .&#8217; &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The words &#8221; It&#8217;s more blessed to give than to receive&#8221; are  only found in the above scriptures. From the way Paul addressed them, it is evident that the Ephesians were already acquainted with them. This is one of the Redeemer&#8217;s most precious saying.<\/p>\n<p>The only thing that differentiates our faith from others is the way we  provide for the needs of the sick, the poor and the feeble . Currently, we have some in our midst who have lost their jobs and  businesses as a result of the current pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>The giver is blessed than the receiver because it is a privilege to give to the needs  of others. Giving tends to promote the happiness of the benefactor; there is pleasure in the act of giving, when it is done with pure motives.
