1Ki 18:44 And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not.<\/p>\n
The Israelites had gone through a trying time of famine.
\nPeople almost despaired. But after the prophets of Baal were eliminated, Elijah told them to relax, eat and drink because there was “a sound of abundance of rain.” (1Ki18:41)<\/p>\n
For six times, there was nothing to show that it would rain. It was not until the seventh time when a cloud, as small as a man’s hand ,was seen rising on the horizon. <\/p>\n
Robert Schuller said “tough times don’t last but tough people do.” We need people who look at things from God’s point of view.<\/p>\n
Behold there “is a little cloud out of the sea like a man’s hands.” The current situation is not permanent. There is some light at the end of the tunnel; A cloud is rising. Soon and very soon, we shall be receiving the showers of blessings.<\/p>\n
