Isa 59:19 So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun; when the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him.<\/p>\n
Floods are known to be devastating. Some have the capacity to clear anything and everything along it’s path. The overwhelming force usually leaves a trail of destruction along it’s path.<\/p>\n
The above verse does not state “if” but ” when” the enemy comes like a flood. The enemy comes but to ” steal, kill and destroy.” His aim is to demoralise and frustrate you by bringing down all that you have been putting together. <\/p>\n
But blessed be the name of God because whatever attempt the enemies of God’s people may make, they shall be baffled and brought to nought. The Spirit of the Lord shall lift a standard against them ; they shall be put to flight!<\/p>\n
Deu 28:7 “The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.<\/p>\n
