Sometimes we seem to be under siege. We face extremely difficult moments. There are several metaphors combined in this text to show Yahweh’s protection. They are identified as heat, the storm and the rain. The good news is that there is a shelter to cushion us from all this elements. Yahweh is going to provide a protective cloud over his people <\/p>\n
Believers can trust the protection and tender care of a covenant God. He is with us and for us. He who dwells in the secret place of the most High will rest in the shadow of the almighty ( Psa 91:1). Yahweh is our refuge and fortress. <\/p>\n
The Lord’s our rock, in him we hide,
\n A shelter in the time of storm;
\n *Secure whatever I’ll be tide,
\n A shelter in the time of storm.
