A foreigner  depicts a person born in or coming from a country other than one&#8217;s own. He has limited rights and privileges as compared to natives .<\/p>\n<p>But upon possession of legal documents ,access to privileges is granted. &#8220;Eunuch &#8221; is an emblem of that which is barren, useless, unfruitful and has no other use except being cutoff. These two external barriers disqualified people from being members of God&#8217;s congregation.<\/p>\n<p> But under the new dispensation,God welcomes all believers, without distinction of persons.
