Psa 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
\nPsa 91:3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence.<\/p>\n
We live in a dangerous world where everyone , including the most protected people in the world feel insecure. Everybody seems to be suspicious of everyone and everything… the air, the water, the food, the people, the environment and so forth.<\/p>\n
The only place of maximum protection is the ” secret place of the most high* “. This applies only to those who ” dwells”….remains, stays, inhabits, lives in, resides and takes up his abode in – the secret place of the most high God.” It applies only to persons who “dwell in that place of closeness, of intimacy with God, of communion and fellowship with him, of joyfully embracing His word, His law and His presence” ( Charisma magazine)<\/p>\n
In the midst of a perilous, unpredictable and chaotic world, our God remains our shield and buckler. When you remain under his Shadow ” you will not fear the terror of the night nor that arrow that flies by day , nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand but it will not come near you.( Psa 91:5-7)<\/p>\n
