{"id":4116,"date":"2022-11-01T00:11:37","date_gmt":"2022-11-01T00:11:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pastoralcarecenter.org\/newsletter\/wordpress\/?p=4116"},"modified":"2022-11-01T00:11:37","modified_gmt":"2022-11-01T00:11:37","slug":"direct-communique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pastoralcarecenter.org\/newsletter\/wordpress\/2022\/11\/01\/direct-communique\/","title":{"rendered":"DIRECT COMMUNIQUE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Heb 1:1-2 In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout history, God is not withdrawn or non communicative  .He has consistently spoken to human race .In days of old the prophets were God\u2019s mouthpiece and to  hear from God depended on them.<\/p>\n<p>This he did in different different times and in various ways. The doctrine of progressive revelation recognizes the prophet&#8217;s words as divine revelation pointing ahead to the promise of a Messiah. The Messiah has now come &#8211; Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n<p>And for this reason, God has chosen to speak to us directly through Jesus Christ. Jesus is the heir of all things and the entire universe was made through him. He is the  mediator of the new covenant and his blood  speaks  better things than the blood of Abel.
