The Phrase \u2018God with us\u2019  is in the present tense. We should not be afraid or feel forsaken.<\/p>\n<p>This fulfills the great promise that God gave us ;Deu 31:6 Be strong and of good courage,&nbsp;do not fear nor be afraid of them;  for the&nbsp;Lord&nbsp;your God,&nbsp;He&nbsp;is&nbsp;the One who goes with you.&nbsp;He will not leave you nor forsake you. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Christmas season is a great reminder of this promise.
