If you lose your cool, you get angry or upset.&#8221; Nothing gives one person so much advantage over another as to remain cool and unruffled under all circumstances &#8221; ( Thomas Jefferson)<\/p>\n<p>Keeping cool can actually save you a lot of unprecedented trouble. Remaining composed is what proves that you are in a normal stature and you can make good, informed and timely decisions. Keeping cool and especially when under extreme provocation can make difficult situations go way smoother for you.<\/p>\n<p>When you are ticked off , first detach from the heat of the provocation. You can pause a bit and reframe whatever is happening in a positive light. Always be sensitive to triggers and learn how to avoid them. Always take a few deep breaths and think before you act.
