Luk 5:4-7 When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, \u201cLaunch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.\u201d But Simon answered and said to Him, \u201cMaster, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net \u201d And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.<\/p>\n
These instructions were given to Simon after Jesus had used his boat to teach the multitude.<\/p>\n
Although the ingredients that would have enabled them get a good catch were available, they had toiled the whole night without a catch. The three ingredients were:
\n” The deep- place where there is fish,
\nThe boat- takes the fisherman to the fish,
\nThe net- Catches and holds the fish”
\nHowever,these three were not working together until Jesus came and caused them to work together and as a result,there was a great harvest.(Launch Out-Pst Mensa Otabil)<\/p>\n
In life we may be having all the right elements but they may not be in synch to yield great results. We need Jesus to come into our vessel and cause the elements to work together for our good.
\nWhen we invite Jesus into our situations, He will guide us put the different pieces of the puzzle together and cause fruitfulness.<\/p>\n
