The Lord your God has increased your numbers so that today you are as numerous as the stars in the sky. But how can I bear your problems and your burdens and your disputes all by myself? Choose some wise, understanding and respected men from each of your tribes, and I will set them over you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As the lord blessed and  increased their numbers ,the blessing came up with a heavy load and responsibility that required unique and distinguished men to carry. Moses sought out for wise ,respected and understanding men to bear it .These traits were the minimum threshold required.<\/p>\n<p>The world today  is still in search for such men and women . The social, economic , family , organisational  and spiritual loads seems to be on upward trajectory . May the blessings of the Lord equip and  broaden our spiritual  pectoral girdles and make them strong to withstand the crushing by the many responsibilities that comes with the convoy.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most beautiful things in Christianity is that we are not alone. God ,in his own wisdom has intentionally connected us with one another so that we can encourage, strengthen and also help in carrying the burdens of fellow believers .
