When God’s fame spread far and wide of the Israelites having destroyed all the neighboring strong kingdoms,the Gibeonites realized that they were too weak to withstand Joshua’s Godly supported army .Having known that they would be next to be attacked , surrendering to Joshua was the best option,though by use of disguise to a point where they were made slaves.<\/p>\n
When major stronghold are attacked ,pulled down and destroyed ,the minor support system are easily annihilated , suffocated and eliminated. But when given a conducive environment they are capable of regrouping and vegetating back to a stronghold . Under normal circumstances, they exist interdependently deriving their strength from the major.<\/p>\n
Combating major setbacks ,obstacles ,demonic attacks and negative thoughts makes it easy to uproot , eliminate and hold captive the minor ones . The Lord told Joshua, Jos 1:5 “No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you.<\/p>\n
