Acts 3:16
\nBy faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus\u2019 name and the faith that comes through him that has completely healed him, as you can all see.<\/p>\n
we’ve all been somewhere and instructed to say ,so and so sent me. And upon identifying ourselves with the sender ,our issues and concerns are handled with speed and precision ,not because of who we are, but courtesy of the name we used . The same happened to Peter and John. Walking in the streets of Jerusalem towards the beautiful gate .They unlocked the heavens power and made a crippled man walk. When people were amused by the event,candid Peter expounded to them that they were carrying a marvelous name and by it ,signs and wonders were the norm.<\/p>\n
Names matter! but not all names . There is power in the name of Jesus Christ our savior. Demons screamed and writhed and tore themselves from their hosts at the mention of this name .In the authority of His voice and the authority of His name, the eyes of the blind popped opened, withered legs were made strong, dead bodies came up out of the grave,the ranging storms of Galilee calmed,the waters in the wedding jars underwent fermentation, the phloem and xylem of the fig tree dried up,and many other happenings as recorded.<\/p>\n
So why would we not believe in the same name ?.The same wonders are ours for grab both in the physical and spiritual arena . Through the name of Jesus ,all things are possible.<\/p>\n
