A childhood story is told of a scorpion and a frog. The scorpion asked the frog to carry him across the river. The reluctant frog, fearing the death-dealing sting, tried to decline, but was finally convinced by the eloquent words of the scorpion. When they reached the middle of the river, the scorpion stung the frog . \u201cWhy did you do that? we will both die!\u201d cried the frog as poison seared through his body. The scorpion answered, \u201cit is in my nature to sting.\u201d<\/p>\n
Satan uses the same “scorpion -like” tricks. He successfully did it to our fore parents ,only to drive the sting of death that runs through generations. It is his nature to steal , kill and destroy .Any sweet seasoned deals and conversations,blended with a beautiful like camouflage are efforts to have you savour his delicacies ,only for him to sting and drive his venomous fangs deep into your being. He destroyed and destroys anything that he lays hand at,not limited to marriages,lives,families,,nations,projects ministries etc.<\/p>\n
1Joh 3:8 … For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.To counter Satan’s dirty deals,Christ promised life and life in all it’s fullness . This life is eternal and it begins when one believes. It is a life of joy ,peace, of power and it lasts forever. He came so that we can have real and better life than we can ever dream of.<\/p>\n
