Prophet Isaiah conveys a powerful promise to the Israelites upon their return from the Babylonian captivity. This was a message of hope , guidance and restoration. Yahweh would continually give guidance….. not a one time activity but a lifelong commitment to be with them in all their undertakings ( Talk To The Word).<\/p>\n
The Lord was going to satisfy their soul in dry places and make their bones strong. Water is a source of sustenance, refreshment and spiritual nourishment. Yahweh will be the source of their strength and renewal. They will be like a well watered garden, like an ever flowing spring.<\/p>\n
May our heavenly father fulfill his word in our lives. May he continually guide you, refresh you sustain you, and satisfy your spiritual thirst. During the moments of weariness and weakness, may He restore you and renew your vigour. May he make you like a well watered garden and make your cup to never run dry!<\/p>\n
