Luk 17:26 “And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man . Luk 17:27 “They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.<\/p>\n
Noah was between the age of 525- 545 years old when he started building the ark. Bible scholars estimate that it took Noah between 55-75 years to build the ark( Answers In ). The Bible clearly records that Noah was 600 years old when the floods finally came. Certainly, the construction of the ark was a lengthy endeavor.<\/p>\n
But imagine how awkward Noah felt constructing an ark during a dry season? I am sure many people were convinced beyond any reasonable doubt that all was not well with him. He must have earned himself a nick name among the locals. But everything changed when it started raining and the water levels started rising.<\/p>\n
Faith at times will make you appear foolish until it “begins to rain”. Do not shy away from trusting God to release to you what appears impossible. Gen 7:6 Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was on the earth.Gen 7:7 So Noah, with his sons, his wife, and his sons’ wives, went into the ark because of the waters of the flood.<\/p>\n
