For what is your Life? It is even a Vapour that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away..<\/p>\n<p>Here is a very common fault  by many and a cautionary warning from Apostle James on the same .  We often say, \u201cToday or tomorrow we will go into a certain city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and make a profit.Instead  he teaches us to say, \u201cIf the Lord wills, we will live, and do this, or that\u201d.<br \/>\n(Jas 4:15)<\/p>\n<p>At times we  make  plans as if God was  not important or as if we  are perfectly able to carry  our life&#8217;s  affairs without His guidance and help. We do forget how fragile our life is. The Bible gives life an  ephemeral metaphorical state , a shadow only sustained by light ,flowers and grass that only flourish under favourable weather,a breath controlled by lungs,vapor that is wiped by temperature ,smoke only sustained by fire etc<\/p>\n<p>When we learn how precarious our life is ,and that it can crumble  under natural  and artificial calamities, We have no other option but incorporating God in all our endeavours.
