Mark 12:30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.\u2019 This is the first commandment.
\nMark 12:31 And the second, like it, is this: \u2018You shall love your neighbor as yourself.\u2019 There is no other commandment greater than these.\u201d<\/p>\n
The phrase “there is no relationship without rules means that rules are necessary in relationships. The idea is that building relationships can reduce the likelihood of rebellion. When God got a people for Himself, he introduced a relationship as their God .To ensure that the relationship was cemented and not violated, he gave a set of rules to be observed.<\/p>\n
“Rules are boundaries within which operations remain.They offer guidelines on the dos and the don’t. They make management easy and objectives achievable. They are the operating manual of any
\nnation,organization, family etc. lack of them result in lawlessness, unknown expectations and helter skelter operations<\/p>\n
A parenting book entitled, \u201cDedicated.\u201d mention three ways of parenting which reinforce the need of rules in any relationship.
\nRules \u2013 Relationships = Rebellion
\nRelationships \u2013 Rules = Recklessness
\nRelationships + Rules = Righteousness.<\/p>\n
As God’s legitimate children,his parenting roles in us cannot be overemphasized. We should obediently observe the set out rules of His fold in His word .<\/p>\n
