That&#8217;s a whopping 115, 000 times per day. It will pump nearly 2000 gallons of blood daily. ( Encounter) This not withstanding, God would also like us to have a happy and a healthy heart<\/p>\n<p>He would like us to have a heart  that is filled with glory, hope and love and not with bitterness , anxiety and hopelessness. A merry heart does good, like medicine.  A happy heart makes the face cheerful, but heartache crushes the spirit. ( Pro15:13)<\/p>\n<p>Happiness is a personal choice.
