In order to prepare for times of joy and festivals , they anoited themselves with olive oil. Likewise during the times of great tribulations,  fasting and mourning they put on sack clothes and covered themselves with ashes.<\/p>\n<p>God is promising three things; beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.
