Elisha’s servant saw only the threat-the enemy’s army surrounding the city. But Elisha saw more: the heavenly host. God’s divine protection wasn’t absent; it was just unseen.

There is an army of angels around us, even when we feel surrounded by fear, illness, danger, or discouragement. The spiritual realm is real. God does not leave His children vulnerable—He defends us in ways we can’t always perceive.

Elisha didn’t panic; he prayed. And through that prayer, a new vision was given. Sometimes, all we need to do is to ask God to open our eyes—to see His hand, His help, His heavenly warriors standing guard. We don’t fight alone. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has dispatched His angels to stand watch.

When the servant’s eyes were opened, courage replaced fear, peace replaced panic and faith replaced doubt. May we too be reminded that we’re not forsaken – we are fiercely protected.

Further Readings:
Psa 34:7
Dan 9:21
Heb 1:14

🙏 Blessed Day 🙏

2 Ki 6:17–20 “And Elisha prayed, ‘Open his eyes, LORD, so that he may see.’ Then the LORD opened the servant’s eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” Psa 91:11 For He shall give His angels charge over you,To keep you in all your…

[1
