His work in our lives is often invisible, operating in realms we cannot perceive. While we may only notice the battles we fight, Scripture reveals there are many more battles God fights for us, without our knowledge. In 2 Thessalonians 3:3, Paul affirms that God is faithful—not just in salvation but in safeguarding. He “keeps us from evil,” even when we don’t see the danger approaching.

Job’s story offers a profound glimpse into this divine shielding. Satan himself admitted he could not touch Job because God had “put a hedge around him” (Job 1:10). This theological truth challenges our assumptions: just because life feels calm doesn’t mean there is no conflict—it may mean God is doing His greatest work behind the curtain of our awareness. Divine protection is often silent but strategic. God intercepts schemes, silences accusers, and reroutes harm without asking for applause.

This is why we must walk with gratitude, even in seasons of peace. The enemy plots, but God blocks. We don’t always discern the arrows that never reached us, the traps we never stepped into, or the storms that never made landfall. But theology assures us that unseen mercies are as real as visible miracles. God’s faithfulness is not limited to what we witness. His invisible hand is often our greatest defense.

Further Readings:
Psa 91:1–7
Isa 54:17
Rom 8:31–39

🙏🏼 Blessed Week 🙏🏼

2 Thessalonians 3:3 (KJV) — “But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.” The Bible reminds us that God is not only a Redeemer but also a Protector.
