1 Ki 17:5-6 (KJV) \u201cSo he went and did according unto the word of the Lord: for he went and dwelt by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh in the evening; and he drank of the brook.\u201d<\/p>\n
When God sends provision, it never gets lost in transit. Elijah\u2019s experience by the brook Cherith proves that Heaven\u2019s supply chain is flawless. The prophet didn\u2019t have to chase blessings\u2014they found him at the exact location God instructed. The ravens didn\u2019t drop the bread in Samaria or the wilderness; they delivered it to the coordinates God had set. God\u2019s promises arrive at the place of obedience, not convenience.<\/p>\n
Throughout Scripture, we see this accuracy. In Exo 16, manna fell in the wilderness exactly where Israel camped. In Mat 17:27, the coin for the temple tax was in the mouth of a specific fish Peter would catch\u2014divine delivery down to the last detail. God\u2019s provision is never late, misplaced, or misdirected; it always arrives where His word has positioned you.<\/p>\n
The danger comes when we leave the place God told us to be. If Elijah had moved from Cherith to somewhere \u201ceasier,\u201d the ravens would have fed an empty riverbank. Many miss their miracle not because God failed to send it, but because they changed addresses in impatience or fear. Stay where God planted you\u2014whether in prayer, service, or faith\u2014because His delivery address is accurate, and your blessing is already en route.<\/p>\n
