Today\u2019s verse teaches that the heart is more than feelings\u2014it includes thoughts, desires, and decisions. What enters our hearts shapes who we become. Many spiritual struggles start quietly inside before they appear outwardly.<\/p>\n
To guard the heart means being watchful, like protecting a valuable gate. We must be careful what we listen to, watch, and allow to influence us. What fills the heart will eventually guide our attitudes, choices, and future.<\/p>\n
The Bible says the heart is the source of life\u2019s actions. Like a spring feeding a river, its condition affects our words and direction. A guarded heart leads to a healthy life, a peaceful mind, and choices that honor God.<\/p>\n
