2Co10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,(NKJV)
Psa 22:3 But You are holy, Who inhabit the praises of Israel.
When we praise our God, chains are broken.
Act 16:25 But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Act 16:26 Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed.
We engage praise before the war* , In 2Chr 20:21, After a three day fast, king Jehoshaphat ordered the praise team to go ahead of the army, praising the Lord in the splendor of His holiness. The Lord set ambushes against their enemies and they were defeated.
We engage in praise during the war.
When Joshua led the children of Israel against Jericho. Praise caused the walls to come tumbling down.
Jos 6:20 So the people shouted when the priests blew the trumpets. And it happened when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat. Then the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.
We also engage praise after the war . The Israelites were led into praise by Miriam after crossing the Red Sea. This was after the Lord gave them victory against Pharaoh’s soldiers,(Ex 15:1-21)
Are you facing a great challenge and you don’t know what to do? Don’t worry, complain and get stressed. Instead, use the weapon of praise before, during and after. The battle belongs to the Lord.
