Pro 24:16 for a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, but the wicked shall fall by calamity.
You don’t become a loser when you experience deep dissatisfaction following a loss. Yes, losing can dampen the spirit of even strong believers. It can make them devastated, feel worthless and even shatter our confidence in God. The good news is that our victory isn’t solely characterized by our achievements but it’s utterly defined by who we are in Christ.
A righteous man may fall seven times but does not remain at the place of the fall. When things don’t go our way , we wake up, check the reason for our fall, fix them and then move on with life. “Many are the troubles that may befell a righteous man but the Lord delivers him from not some of them , but from all of them” ( Psa 34:19)
A loss is an event and does not make you automatically a loser . The Lord will always give us the grace not to become bitter but better in our future undertakings. We will have the strength to tackle our every day’s difficulties. ” For the Lord your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory” (Deu 20:4).
