Habakkuk 2:2 The Just Live by Faith. Then the Lord answered me and said:βWrite the vision. And make it plain on tablets,
That he may run who reads it.
Habakkuk 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
Because it will surely come,
It will not tarry. Habakkuk 2:4 βBehold the proud,His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.
Habakkuk has been called the prophet of faith. The great statement , ” the just shall live by faith” is quoted three times in the New Testament ( Rom 1:17, Gal 3:11, Heb 10:38).
Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke compares faith to a power switch saying it does nothing in and of itself, but it allows the current to pass through! But…if I don’t turn on the switch nothing happens. Keeping the switch turned on therefore means not ever taking your eyes off from what you believe about God. By faith you can respond to whatever confronts you. Faith is the word of God believed and acted upon.
When you turn on the switch of faith, you will be accomplish all the visions and dreams God has put in your heart. Faith produces the right results for what you undertake. When you switch on your faith, you will be able to positively respond to all those things that defy logics !
