Ecc 10;2 A wise man’s heart moves toward his right, but a fool’s heart toward his left.
Tropism refers to turning of an organism or part of an organism either towards or away from a stimulus. In human ,it is an instinctive predilection or tendency of liking and inclining towards a preference whether good or bad.
The statement from the wise man offers a deep analogical truth .The heart inclining on the right is teachable, observant, keen and consistent with the truth. The left refers to non essential decisions and plans that proves not worth.
The leanings of our hearts are seen in what we treasure, what we pursue, and what we prioritize. Just as plants lean toward light, so our inner being leans—either toward God or away from Him. Our speech, reactions, and daily decisions are outward expressions of inward leanings.
