𝘼𝘾𝙌𝙐𝘼𝙄𝙉𝙏𝘼𝙉𝘾𝙀 𝙒𝙄𝙏𝙃 𝙂𝙊𝘿 𝙉𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝘽𝙍𝙀𝙀𝘿𝙎 𝘾𝙊𝙉𝙏𝙀𝙈𝙋𝙏

Job 42:5–6 (NKJV) – “I have heard of You by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees You. Therefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.”

Among men, closeness often cheapens honor, but with God, closeness deepens awe. 𝘍𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘵—𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦𝘯. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘎𝘰𝘥, 𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦.

Abraham, though called God’s friend, whispered, “I am but dust and ashes” (Gen 18:27). John, who leaned on Jesus’ breast, fell as dead before His glory (Rev 1:17). The nearer the light, the sharper the shadows of our own frailty.

True acquaintance does not shrink God—it expands Him. It does not lessen wonder—it multiplies it. To know Him is to worship, to see Him is to tremble, and to walk with Him is to bow low in holy awe. Keep drawing near… Heavens greatness never breeds disdain only deeper devotion.
