Luk 1:38 Then Mary said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.
This was Mary’s response when she received the news of the birth of Jesus and the miraculous pregnancy of her relative Elizabeth from angel Gabriel. God planned and initiated the birth of Jesus and Mary cooperated. What a great display of faith!
The will of God is to accomplish his word through his servants, but sometimes we are unable to hear His voice or we become uncooperative. Christian friends, we are His servants. Let’s allow God to work in us and through us to accomplish His purposes. All that He has said about us will be fulfilled according to his word.
